Who we are

Meet the heart of Inner Alchemy Collective, the vision maker, the seer, and creative strategist: Melissa Baker.

Melissa started with a dream in 2013, when she designed her own intuitive energy healing modality and opened the doors to Asaya Wellness Sanctuary in Minneapolis. She is a certified Japanese Usui Reiki Master and Intuitive. Over the years Melissa has defined her natural gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience, and claircognizance.

As a child, she received poetry and songs as intuitive guidance, which later developed into a life long passion for writing, reading and storytelling.

Melissa is also exceptionally skilled in pattern recognition and systems thinking, which she utilizes to support her clients in discovering their own creative gifts and intuitive skills, while building the foundation for their soul led mission via her Intuitive Creative Strategy sessions.

A natural in sales, Melissa understands the basic mechanics of business and consultative sales. Using her curious and analytical mind, Melissa uses creative strategy to build a successful business, story or vision from the ground up.

Melissa’s goal with Inner Alchemy Collective, is to create a people centered and empowered creative community that blossoms heart inspired business, deepens personal creative process and facilitates the transformational process of turning our pain into the beautiful gold of creativity.
