A true writer’s workshop to explore the invitations! Become the inner alchemist, by giving voice and narrative to your personal story. We will delve into a variety of writing prompts and styles, to gently expand our craft. Somatic writing is a focus, along with experiential writing styles. Each workshop creates a beautiful, nourishing space to witness, to honor each other’s stories and visions, while providing deep healing as well.
Intuitive Energy Healing is a gentle process that helps clear energetic blocks and restore alignment between your mind, body, and spirit. Melissa works intuitively with Reiki energy and light frequencies to identify patterns held in the body and energy field.
As these patterns come into awareness, space opens for healing, clarity, and deeper alignment with your authentic self.
Each session ends with practical tools and somatic practices so you can continue integrating the shifts in your everyday life.
